Order Specialist –Hungarian Speaker

Our Partner is a global marketing company – based in Gdańsk, we are currently looking for Hungarian Speaker!

Main responsibilities:


·         Receive & enter incoming orders ; use information about stock availability, promise dates, and shelf life according to company policy ·         Generate notifications for Customer Service, including delivery & installation orders ·         Communicate product availability issues appropriately and in a timely manner to partner country point of contact (and possibly sales or marketing team) ·         Other responsibilities as per defined O2C process



The successful candidate will have:



·         Experience in a customer oriented professional environment (1 year) ·         Business education or equivalent ·         Language: fluent Hungarian is must ·         Communicative level  Polish will be considered as a plus ·         Computer literacy with standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) & e-mail ·         Demonstrated interpersonal skills (team work) ·         Customer service orientation ·         Analytical thinking ·         Achievement orientation
