Your Profile

  • You are available at least 30h weekly
  • You are still at University studying a Masters Degree in Business or related area
  • You are fluent in English (C1))
  • Good interpersonal skills and reliability are part of your soft skills
  • You are excellent in planning and organizing
  • You are also self-motivation and have a creative mindset

 

Your Responsibilities in our Marketing Team

  • Administrative Support in the organization of medical events such as medical webinars and congresses – processing documentation, preparing contracts, invitation letters, post-event documentation, etc
  • Purchase orders management – submitting requests received from sales and marketing teams, making sure that orders are processed in accordance with the company's internal policies
  • Promotional, Educational, Sales Support and Training materials submission and tracking
  • Assist in various duties as needed
