Support for Customer Care Operations related to e-business and e-commerce activities in EMEA region.

Maintenance and setup of e-business objects, like incoming e-orders, outgoing e-invoices, automated notifications, etc.

A Day in the Life

  • Provide support activities in EMEA region
  • Dealing on daily basis with electronic data flows within organization (orders, invoices & other)
  • Taking care about system maintenance and regular activities on daily basis
  • Data flow monitoring in between systems in organization using implemented tools, dashboards and e-mail notifications
  • Helping in new partners/customers implementation
  • Analyzing, reporting and preparing various statistics for internal team use and stakeholders
  • Participating in projects & improvement initiatives
  • Team working environment

Must Haves

  • Be support oriented and service minded (customer driven)
  • Bright and analytical with strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting errors
  • Good English & Strong communication skills
  • Excel – at least intermediate expertise level
  • Exercise good judgment to resolve non-standard issues independently
  • Knowledge of practical usage of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) would be mandatory for understanding processes on this position

Nice to Haves

  • Practical knowledge of working with ITSM systems like Remedy, Cherwell or ServiceNow would be beneficial
  • SAP practical experience would be beneficial for this position
  • Self-organized, able to work under time pressure and multitasking
  • Excellent team player
