Key responsibilities:



Primary focus is delivering high level of service and superior customer satisfaction to  
Sales & Marketing organizations in Germany.

  • Organization and logistic arrangement : International EventsEuropean Meetings support etc. / German market
  • General administrative & marketing activities: business-related files and database maintenance, create  documents
  • Keeping close relation and communication with key stakeholders 
  • Invoice and PO handling
  • May assist annual Marketing Plan by providing data & previous year information
  • Internal & External Audit support
  • Support to New Service Requests, collaborate on EMEA projects/assignments of broader scope, aligned and agreed with Manager

 



Our Requirements:

  • German and English language knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Experience in service/support oriented role within an international company: =
  • Meeting and event planning & organization experience will be a plus
  • Ability to work within an international environment and in the matrix organization
  • Highly organized – time management and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Customer and result oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and be part of the team
  • Advanced level in use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Digital tools knowledge will be valued
