Customer Success Specialist with English

#eCommerce is a dynamically developing recruitment company managed by experienced specialists from the call center/contact center and shared service centre/BPO industry.We use our knowledge and experience to primarily support the multilingual customer service departments. This is due to the fact that we specialize in attaining employees with knowledge of foreign languages quickly and actively.

Our Customer provides advanced cross-border IT Ecommerce solutions.
The company looks to become a comprehensive cross-border trade solution by making global commerce accessible on additional e-commerce platforms.


  • Provide advice and best practices for existing clients of the company's web-based application via email, chat, and phone.
  • Interact with Sales, Support agent to both mentor and help to solve issues.
  • Assess account performance, provide solutions and improvements to the customer to increase his satisfaction.
  • Provide basic account analysis.
  • Build excellent relationships with a broad portfolio of clients from a range of industries.
  • Interact with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations for product improvements.


We expect:

  • Previous experience working in Customer Service and/or Account Management (1-year minimum)
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • English (C1)
  • Good English
  • Strong customer relationship building
