Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To manage the recruitment process, assisting with the recruitment of staff and management, ensuring our ability to attract, retain and develop talent and achieve forecasted business volumes ;
  • Increasing candidate base through referrals and executive searching;
  • To manage and develop relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure the service is delivered to agreed service levels;
  • Talent Management;



  • Fluent English;
  • 3+ years professional experience | TA/Recruiter role;
  • Experienced recruiter working with high volumes and within short timescales;
  • Experience working in a BPO/IT environment, highly preferred;
  • Assertive with a can do attitude;
  • Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic work environment;
  • Working knowledge and understanding of all laws, rules, codes and regulations applicable to the work to be performed;
  • Ability to work well under pressure while performing multiple tasks.
