You will take care of:

 -> orders receiving and following up on the complete Order to Deliver process

-> handling all incoming telephone calls & emails dealing with Customers’ needs in line with procedures, and according to company KPIs.

-> monitoring the activity through a regular check: open orders, inventory management (e.g. adjustments, transfers, exposed inventory reports) 


-> assisting with other areas of the business as required, providing backup support for team member where necessary

-> building business relationships with key customers and trust through open and interactive communication and half-yearly meetings




Requirements:



  • Excellent Swedish or Danish written and spoken language skills are a must;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Experience in SSC environment 
  • SAP or Oracle knowledge 
  • Elementary knowledge of Computing devices like Laptops, PCs, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.;
  • Expertise in Windows OS;
