We are going to build a new Customer Service Team for a global leader in outdoor power equipment with manufacturing facilities, offices and distribution around the world.


We are seeking:  Customer Advisor - Dutch Speaker


Job Duties:


-> Customer Support ( mass reatail, independent retailer, end customers) provided by phone and e-mails.
-> Order entry/order processing
-> After Sales service
-> B2B Customer Support ( OBI/Castorama/Leroy Merlin) 


Desired skills & experience:

  • Dutch - C1
  • English - min. B2
  • IT literacy
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • High level of pro activity
  • Strong communication skills
